Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Bst Plus DNA Polymerase is derived from thermophilic Geobacillus sp. DNA Polymerase I. It lacks 5'-3' exonuclease activity but has enhanced 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity, strong strand displacement capability, and improved dUTP tolerance, making it ideal for contamination-resistant isothermal amplification techniques like LAMP and CPA.
