Formulation:

Frozen solution of buffer containing: 500 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.9, 1M NaCl, 100 mM MgCl2, 1 mg/mL Prionex (w/v 0.1%).

Always include RNase inhibitor at manufacturer recommended concentrations in Cas enzyme reactions.

Sterility:

Buffer passed through a 0.2μm filter membrane, packaged aseptically, and confirmed RNase free.

Storage and Stability:

Store at –20°C. To avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles aliquot product into smaller quantities.
