Formulation:

Frozen solution of buffer containing: 50mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5, 0.3M NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT.


Sterility:

Buffer passed through a 0.2 filter membrane and packaged aseptically, and confirmed RNase free.


Storage and Stability:

Store product at -20°C. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
