Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Cell & Tissue RNA Extraction Kit uses advanced DNA removal and RNA binding column technology to extract high-purity total RNA from fresh or frozen animal tissues and cultured cells. Its streamlined process requires no toxic phenol, chloroform, or β-mercaptoethanol, completing RNA extraction in just 15 minutes. Designed for 10–30 mg of tissue or 1–10 million cells, the kit delivers high-quality RNA suitable for RT-PCR, qPCR, molecular cloning, and RNase protection analysis.
