Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics One-Pot DNA Library Prep Kit is an advanced one-tube solution designed for DNA fragmentation and library preparation, compatible with both Illumina™ and MGI™ sequencing platforms. Unlike other commercial kits that use enzyme-based fragmentation, this optimized kit minimizes bias and artifacts while efficiently generating libraries from as little as 100 pg up to 1000 ng of DNA.

By combining fragmentation and end-repair into a single reaction, it streamlines the workflow, making library preparation faster and easier. Additionally, the ligation module comes with pre-mixed enzymes and a buffer, significantly reducing both time and cost, making it ideal for automated library construction.

This kit offers a high library conversion rate and is compatible with DNA from a wide range of sources, including animals, plants, microorganisms, and FFPE samples. Its high-fidelity enzyme enhances amplification accuracy and ensures uniform coverage, delivering reliable sequencing results.

Components:

Buffer: 80 μL (for 8 T); 240 μL (for 24T); 960 μL (for 96 T)
Enzyme: 80 μL (for 8 T); 240 μL (for 24T); 960 μL (for 96 T)
Ligation Mix: 200 μL (for 8 T); 600 μL (for 24T); 3 x 800 μL (for 96 T)
2X Amplification Mix: 200 μL (for 8 T); 600 μL (for 24T); 3 x 800 μL (for 96 T)
Note: The kit components are compatible with both Illumina and MGI sequencing platforms; however, if using a complete adapter, additional primer mix (not included in this kit) is required.

Storage and Shipping:

Store at -25°C ~ -15°C for up to 1 year.

Additional Information:

1. Thaw all components at room temperature. Once thawed, mix thoroughly by vortexing, briefly spin down, and place on ice until use.
2. When preparing reaction solutions, mix gently using a pipette or by lightly shaking. Avoid vigorous shaking, as it may reduce library yield.
3. Always use filtered pipette tips to prevent cross-contamination. 4. For research use only.
