Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics One-Pot Rapid DNA Library Prep Kit is a fast and efficient enzymatic DNA library preparation solution. It features high-quality enzyme for DNA fragmentation and integrates fragmentation, end-repair, and dA-tailing into a single step, significantly reducing both time and cost.
This kit is compatible with 100 pg to 500 ng of DNA from various sources, including animals, plants, and microorganisms, enabling rapid library preparation in a single-tube reaction. It requires the addition of adapters and primers and is compatible with Illumina™ and MGI™ high-throughput sequencing platforms.
Key Features:
• Supports genomic DNA inputs from 100 pg to 500 ng.
• Compatible with Illumina™ and MGI™ sequencing platforms.
• Performs fragmentation, end-repair, and A-tailing in just 5 minutes.
• Ensures high library conversion rates and amplification efficiency.
Components:
Master Mix (yellow label): 240 μL (for 24 T); 960 μL (for 96 T)
Ligation Enhancer (blue label): 720 μL (for 24 T); 4×720 μL (for 96 T)
Quick T4 DNA Ligase(blue label): 120 μL (for 24 T); 480 μL (for 96 T)
2X HF Amplification Mix (white label): 600 μL (for 24 T); 4×600 μL (for 96 T)
Primer Mix*: 120 μL (for 24 T); 480 μL (for 96 T)
Note: The reagent marked with an asterisk (*) is not included in the kit and must be purchased separately. This kit is compatible with both Illumina and MGI platforms; however, an additional primer mix is required.
Storage and Shipping:
Store at -25°C ~ -15°C for up to one year.
Additional Information:
1. Thaw all components at room temperature. Once thawed, mix thoroughly by vortexing, briefly spin down the tubes, and place them on ice until use.
2. When preparing the reaction mix at each step, gently mix using a pipette or by softly shaking. Avoid vigorous shaking, as it may reduce library yield.
3. To prevent cross-contamination, use filter tips and replace tips when switching between different samples.
4. It is recommended to perform all reaction steps using a thermocycler with a heated lid. Preheat the thermocycler to the required temperature before starting.
5. This product is intended for research use only.
