Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics dNTP Solution Set contains four separate solutions (dATP, dCTP, dUTP, dGTP), which are prepared with ultrapure water and adjusted to pH 7.0 using high-purity NaOH. The concentration of each solution is 100 mM, and the purity is >99% (HPLC), with no detectable DNase or RNase contamination. Ready to use, this product is ideal for PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing, and other molecular biology applications.
