Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics dNTP Mix is a ready-to-use premixed solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP, each at a concentration of 25 mM. This product can be directly used in PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing, and other molecular biology applications. This premix is prepared with ultrapure water and adjusted to pH 7.0 using high-purity NaOH. Its purity is >99% (HPLC), with no detectable DNase, RNase, and phosphatase contamination.
