Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics Dual-Mode RNA Library Prep Kit is a comprehensive solution for total RNA sequencing library construction, compatible with both Illumina™ and MGI™ platforms. It includes reagents for RNA fragmentation, reverse transcription, conventional and strand-specific double-stranded cDNA synthesis, and library amplification.
Library construction can be performed following mRNA purification or rRNA depletion. The two-strand synthesis module features two distinct buffers to support both conventional and strand-specific library preparation. In the strand-specific buffer, dTTP is replaced with dUTP, allowing dUTP incorporation into the second cDNA strand. Since the high-fidelity DNA polymerase used in this kit cannot amplify uracil-containing DNA, strand specificity is ensured.
