GTP Trisodium Salt Solution, GMP-grade (100 mM)

SignalChem Diagnostics GTP (guanosine-5’-triphosphate) trisodium salt solution is a GMP-grade nucleoside triphosphate supplied as a 100 mM aqueous solution. This product is prepared from GTP trisodium salt and is free from DNase and RNase contamination. GTP is suitable for a variety of molecular biology and enzymatic applications, including in vitro transcription, RNA synthesis and amplification, and siRNA synthesis. GTP also plays an important role in signal transduction and can activate G proteins, which regulate a variety of cellular processes.
