SignalChem Diagnostics High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a modified recombinant enzyme derived from Pyrococcus furiosus. It has both 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity, and its fidelity is 83 times higher than Taq DNA polymerase and 9 times higher than Pfu DNA polymerase. The enzyme solution contains two monoclonal antibodies that inhibit polymerase and exonuclease activity at room temperature, improving its specificity and detection rates and making it suitable for hot start PCR. Additionally, an extension factor is added to the enzyme solution, enabling the amplification of long DNA fragments, with target fragment lengths reaching up to 13 kb. This enzyme generates blunt ends in amplification products. This product is paired with an optimized buffer, enabling amplification of complex templates.
