Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Fast High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix (With Dye) is a ready-to-use 2X premixed solution containing High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase (Cat# HF01-E21B), dNTPs, and other essential PCR components, to which a DNA template and primers can be added. Its optimized buffer system includes electrophoresis indicators, enabling direct loading of PCR products for electrophoresis after the reaction. The amplification products have blunt ends. This master mix offers several benefits, including ease of use, high sensitivity, specificity, and stability. Additionally, it contains a special protective agent, ensuring stable activity even after repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
