Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Ultra-Rapid Hot Start PCR Master Mix (With Dye) is formulated with a modified Taq DNA polymerase, strong extension factor, amplification booster, and an optimized buffer system, resulting in exceptionally high amplification efficiency. For complex templates such as genomic DNA (up to 3 kb), the amplification speed reaches 1–3 seconds per kb, while for simpler templates like plasmids (up to 5 kb), it achieves 1 second per kb, significantly reducing PCR reaction time.

This master mix contains dNTPs and Mg²⁺, requiring only primers and templates to initiate amplification. Additionally, the premix contains a tracking dye for electrophoresis, enabling direct loading of PCR product for electrophoresis after the reaction. These measures streamline the workflow and minimize contamination risks. A protective agent in the premix ensures the enzyme remains stable even after multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

The amplified products have 3'-dA overhangs and can be cloned into T vectors for downstream applications.
