Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics miRNA Universal qPCR SYBR Master Mix (Tailing) is a next-generation qPCR premix that utilizes the SYBR Green I for the quantitative detection of miRNA. It contains a special ROX Passive Reference Dye that is compatible with most qPCR instruments and therefore does not require concentration adjustments. Only a template and primes are needed to initiate the amplification process. This master mix includes a chemically modified, heat-activated DNA polymerase and a specialized buffer system for enhanced specificity, sensitivity, and accurate quantification.
