SignalChem Diagnostics Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (UDG Plus, GC Enhancer Plus) is a reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) kit designed for RNA templates. It streamlines the workflow by combining reverse transcription and qPCR reactions in a single tube, reducing hands-on time and minimizing the risk of contamination.
This kit utilizes heat-resistant reverse transcriptase for efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis, followed by quantitative amplification using hot start Taq DNA polymerase. It contains an optimized buffer with Mg²⁺ and dNTPs, enzyme mix, and GC enhancer. Additionally, factors that suppress non-specific amplification and enhance multiplex qPCR efficiency are incorporated, ensuring reliable and efficient amplification of multiple targets. To further prevent contamination, this product also includes a dUTP/UDG system, which helps eliminate aerosol-based carryover contamination.

5X MP Buffer: 500 μL (for 100 T); 5 mL (for 1,000 T); 50 mL (for 10,000 T)
Enzyme Mix: 100 μL (for 100 T); 1 mL (for 1,000 T); 10 mL (for 10,000 T)
GC-Enhancer: 500 μL (for 100 T); 5 mL (for 1,000 T); 50 mL (for 10,000 T)
Notes: 1) 5X MP Buffer includes dNTPs, dUTP, Mg2+, stabilizers, and other components.
2) Enzyme Mix contains reverse transcriptase, hot start Taq DNA polymerase, RNase inhibitor, and UDGase, and other components.
3) Add GC-Enhancer to the system if needed.
