Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (UDG Plus)

Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (UDG Plus) is a reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) kit designed for RNA templates. The reverse transcription and quantitative PCR reactions occur in the same tube, simplifying the procedure and minimizing contamination risk.

The kit consists of an enzyme mix and an optimized buffer with Mg²⁺ and dNTPs. It uses a heat-resistant reverse transcriptase for efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis and a hot start Taq DNA polymerase for quantitative amplification. Additionally, factors that suppress non-specific amplification and enhance multiplex qPCR efficiency were added to ensure amplification efficiency. This product also includes a dUTP/UDG system, which helps eliminate aerosol-based carryover contamination.

2X MP Buffer: 750 μL (for 50 T); 1.5 mL (for 100 T); 15 mL (for 1,000 T); 150 mL (for 10,000 T)
Enzyme Mix: 60 μL (for 50 T); 120 μL (for 100 T); 1.2 mL (for 1,000 T); 12 mL (for 10,000 T)
Notes: 1) 2X MP Buffer contains dNTPs, dUTP, Mg2+, stabilizers, enhancers, and other components.
2) Enzyme Mix mainly contains heat-resistant reverse transcriptase, hot start Taq DNA polymerase, and UDGase.
