SignalChem Diagnostics N1-Methyl-Pseudo-UTP (N1-Methylpseudouridine-5’-triphosphate) is a GMP-grade modified nucleoside triphosphate in which the N1 position of pseudouridine is methylated. This modification improves mRNA nuclease stability and enhances translation efficiency. This product is prepared in Tris buffer and is suitable for various molecular biology applications, including in vitro transcription, and RNA synthesis and amplification.
