Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics NTP Solution Set (100 mM) is a collection of four separate solutions (ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP), 100 mM each. These high-purity nucleotides (≥99%) are DNase- and RNase-free, prepared from their trisodium salts in a clear, colorless solution (pH 7.0 ± 0.1 at 25°C). They are ideal for various molecular biology applications, including in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, and they also serve as substrates or coenzymes for a range of enzymatic reactions.
