Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics Phi29 DNA polymerase, derived from the Bacillus subtilis bacteriophage, has exceptional strand displacement and processive synthesis activities. It can synthesize DNA fragments up to 70 kb and possesses inherent 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity. To prevent degradation, it's recommended to modify the 3' end of the primer in the system. Phi29 DNA polymerase is commonly used for in vitro plasmid synthesis and whole genome synthesis.
Components:
Phi29 DNA Polymerase (10 U/µL): 25 μL OR 100 μL OR 500 μL OR 1 mL
10X Phi29 Reaction Buffer: 100 μL OR 400 μL OR 2×1 mL OR 4×1 mL
