Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics RNA Cleaner uses advanced magnetic beads and a unique buffer system to selectively bind RNA while removing proteins, salts, and impurities. It is ideal for purifying total RNA after rRNA removal, in vitro transcribed RNA, labeled RNA, and synthetic RNA. The purified RNA is suitable for RNA library construction, RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, microarray analysis, Northern blotting, and RNAi experiments.
