Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics Murine RNase Inhibitor, GMP-Grade (40 U/μL) is a high-purity, recombinant mouse-derived enzyme designed to protect RNA from degradation by ribonucleases (RNases) during sensitive molecular biology applications. It is capable of inhibiting RNase A, B, and C. and has been tested for use in RT-PCR and RT-qPCR. Unlike human-derived RNase inhibitors, it does not contain the two Cys residues that are sensitive to oxidation. This gives murine RNase inhibitor higher antioxidant activity and makes it ideal for high-sensitivity applications like qPCR. Manufactured under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, this product is suitable for use in applications where the highest standards of quality, consistency, and reliability are required.
