Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics RNase R, GMP-Grade (20 U/μL) is a highly purified, magnesium-dependent 3' → 5' exoribonuclease that selectively degrades linear RNA but does not degrade circular and highly structured RNAs. This makes it ideal for studying lariat RNAs from traditional splicing and circRNAs formed through back-splicing. By selectively removing linear RNAs from cellular or RNA extracts, RNase R improves the identification of circular RNA species in RNA sequencing, allowing for deeper insights into splicing events. Produced under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, it ensures high purity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Storage and Shipping:
Ship on dry ice and store at -25°C ~ -15°C for up to 1 year.
