Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Reverse Transcriptase, High-Yield, Fast, and Thermostable is an engineered enzyme that offers high cDNA synthesis efficiency, faster reaction speed, enhanced thermal stability, and a higher reaction temperature limit (up to 60°C). It can synthesize cDNA products up to 19.8 kb in length and has increased template affinity, making it ideal for reverse transcription of low-copy RNA templates or templates with complex secondary structures.
