Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics RT-LAMP Dye Assay Kit (UDG Plus) includes our Bst Plus DNA Polymerase (Cat# RTL01-K298), Reverse Transcriptase, High-Yield, Fast, and Thermostable (Cat# RTH04-E29B), and Uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG). It is compatible with LAMP reactions using RNA as the template, and the inclusion of UDG helps effectively mitigate the risk of aerosol contamination.

Components:

Bst Enzyme Mix (UDG plus): 100 μL (for 100 T); 1 mL (for 1,000 T)
Bst Buffer: 600 μL (for 100 T); 6 mL (for 1,000 T))

Storage and Shipping:

Store both components at -20°C for up to 6 months. Bst Buffer should be protected from light. Ship both components on dry ice.
