Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Strand-Specific RNA Library Prep Kit (dNTP) (Premix and Sealing Version) is a ready-to-use, actinomycin D-free, strand-specific total RNA library preparation kit compatible with Illumina and MGI platforms. It comes in two formats—tube or sealing kit—designed for easy use with both automated liquid handling systems and manual workflows. The kit includes reagents for RNA fragmentation, reverse transcription, strand-specific ds-cDNA synthesis, and library amplification. It can be paired with an mRNA purification kit or rRNA removal kit for mRNA or lncRNA research. By optimizing the reverse transcription process, it ensures high strand specificity without actinomycin D, increasing user safety. Every reagent undergoes strict quality control and functional validation to ensure maximum stability and reproducibility in library preparation.

2nd Reaction Module (dNTP): 840 μL (for 24 T); 3×1120 μL (for 96 T); 3×1280 μL (for 96 T automation); 8×480 μL (for 96 T plate)

Primer Mix*
Note: Components marked with an asterisk (*) are not included in the kit. A primer mix is required only when using complete adaptors. The kit is compatible with both Illumina and MGI platforms; however, if complete adaptors are used, an additional primer mix must be purchased separately.

Storage and Shipping:

Store at -25°C ~ -15°C for up to 1 year.


Additional Information:

1. Thaw all components at room temperature. Mix thoroughly by gently inverting the tubes several times, spin down briefly, and place on ice for use.
2.It is recommended to perform all reaction steps using a thermal cycler with a heated lid. Ensure the thermal cycler is preheated to the required temperature before use.
3. Use only RNase-free supplies and regularly clean the workspace to prevent contamination. ThermoFisher's RNAZap™ is recommended for effective RNase removal.
4. This reagent is intended for single use only. Reuse is strictly prohibited.
