Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics ssDNA Assay Kit is a simple, sensitive, and accurate fluorescence-based kit for quantifying single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) with a linear range of 1–200 ng. It includes a fluorescence detection reagent, buffer, and ssDNA standards. To use, prepare the working solution, add the ssDNA sample, and measure fluorescence using a microplate reader or Qubit® Fluorometer. While its selectivity for ssDNA is not higher than for dsDNA, it offers excellent tolerance to common contaminants like proteins, salts, and detergents.

ssDNA Reagent (200X in DMSO): 250 μL (for 100 T); 1250 μL (for 500 T)

Storage and Shipping:

Ship with ice packs. Store at 2–8°C, protected from light, for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
