Quick T4 DNA Ligase

Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Quick T4 DNA Ligase is designed for ligating DNA fragments and adapters during NGS library construction. This product has been validated with high-throughput sequencing, ensuring reliable performance. Supplied at 400 U/μL.

Components:

Quick T4 DNA Ligase (400 U/μL): 100 μL (for 40,000U); 1 mL (for 400,000U)
10X T4 DNA Ligase Buffer: 250 μL (for 40,000U); 2 x 1,250 μL (for 400,000U)

Additional Information:

Unit Definition: One unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to achieve more than 50% ligation of 6 μg of λDNA-Hind III fragments in a 20 μL reaction at 16°C for 30 minutes.
If a small amount of precipitation forms as the buffer thaws, gently invert and mix well before use.
