Overview:
SignalChem Diagnostics T7 High-Yield RNA Synthesis Kit uses T7 RNA polymerase and a linear DNA template with the T7 promoter sequence for efficient in vitro transcription of RNA. During transcription, modified nucleotides can be added to generate biotin- or dye-labeled transcripts. The kit supports the synthesis of both short and long RNA transcripts, yielding 100–200 μg of RNA from 1 μg of DNA template. This kit can be used for RNA structure and function research, RNase protection assays, probe hybridization, RNA interference (RNAi), microinjection, and in vitro translation.
