Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics PCR Master Mix (Dye Plus) is a ready-to-use 2X premix optimized for conventional PCR. It contains Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat # TQ05-E21B), dNTPs, and other essential PCR components, to which a DNA template and primers can be added. This premixed solution also includes stabilizers that allow it to remain stable for 3 months at 4°C and bromophenol blue dye that enables direct loading of PCR products for electrophoresis after the reaction. The amplified products have 3'-dA overhangs and can be cloned into T vectors. PCR Master Mix (With Dye) streamlines the PCR process and minimizes contamination risks.
