Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics PCR Master Mix (No Dye) is a ready-to-use 2X premix optimized for conventional PCR. It contains Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat # TQ05-E21B), dNTPs, MgCb, and an optimized buffer, to which a DNA template and primers can be added. This premixed solution also includes stabilizers that allow it to remain stable for 3 months at 4°C. The amplified products have 3'-dA overhangs and can be cloned into T vectors. This master mix streamlines the PCR process and minimizes contamination risks.
