Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostics Universal Probe Multiplex qPCR Master Mix is a 2X premix for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), offering high sensitivity and specificity. Its blue color aids in sample tracking during setup.

This mix supports up to four fluorescent qPCR reactions in a single well. It contains a modified antibody-based hot start Taq enzyme, significantly enhancing amplification sensitivity and specificity. Additionally, the optimized multi-reaction buffer improves amplification efficiency and enables effective amplification of low-concentration templates.

This product is ideal for genotyping and multiplex quantitative analysis.
