SignalChem Diagnostics Launches Its First Animal Pathogen Detection Kit

SignalChem Diagnostics has launched its first animal pathogen detection kit, C. perfringens Diarrhea One-Pot Detection Kit 3-Plex Toxin Genes (cpa/cpe/netF). Designed for use with the portable CRISPOT® Detection Device, the kit detects three Clostridium perfringens toxin genes, cpa, cpe, and netF, with a test run of approximately 35 minutes. It enables on-site molecular testing to help veterinary teams investigate toxin-associated diarrhea in dogs and cats, with results interpreted alongside clinical signs and other diagnostic findings. This launch introduces SignalChem Diagnostics’ animal pathogen detection portfolio, with additional kits in development to address a broader range of animal health testing needs.
