Cas13 ssRNA Reporter (FAM/Biotin)

A 5′ FAM/3′ Biotin dual-labeled ssRNA reporter optimized for CRISPR-Cas13-based RNA detection. Activated Cas13 cleaves the reporter via collateral (trans) cleavage, producing a visual signal for lateral flow assay (LFA) applications.

Storage and Stability:

Store at 15-30°C for transportation process up to ten days but long-term storage should be at –20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot product into smaller quantities to avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles


Appearance:

White to off-white lyophilized powder in dark tube


Reconstitution Protocol:

Rehydrate in 100μL nuclease-free water to make a stock solution with a concentration of 100μM. Prior to use, dilute the stock solution with nuclease-free water to a working concentration of 10μM, and add it to the CRISPR cleavage reaction system according to the required concentrations


Recommendation:

Always include RNase inhibitor at recommended concentrations in Cas enzyme reactions
