CRISPOT® Detection Device

Overview:

SignalChem Diagnostic's CRISPOT® is a lightweight, user-friendly, and portable diagnostic device that enables rapid, on-site molecular diagnostics without the need for specialized laboratory equipment. When used with the rapid assays developed by SignalChem Diagnostics, CRISPOT® enables efficient on-site and field testing with minimal sample preparation and no prior technical experience required.

The device can analyze up to 8 samples in a single run and is suitable for assays that require incubation at elevated temperatures and fluorescence signal acquisition, including isothermal amplification methods such as LAMP, RPA, and CRISPR-based nucleic acid detection assays. The assay duration and temperature can be user-programmed, enabling the device to be adapted to fit diverse custom workflows and assays. CRISPOT® is compatible with fluorophores excited by blue light (approximately 490 nm), including FAM, FITC, SYTO 9, SYBR Green, and other fluorophores with similar excitation characteristics.
