rRNA Depletion Kit

SignalChem Diagnostics Human rRNA Depletion Kit removes ribosomal RNA and 45S ribosomal precursor internal and external transcribed spacer (ITS/ETS) sequences. The kit uses RNase H to allow non-ribosomal RNA such as mRNA to be retained for downstream RNA sequencing analysis. It is compatible with total RNA isolated from humans, mice, and rats, and is effective for both high-quality intact RNA as well as degraded material, such as RNA extracted from FFPE tissues.

This kit accommodates RNA inputs ranging from 100 ng to 1 μg, and consistently removes > 95% of rRNA, ITS, and ETS sequences. The resulting RNA produced from this kit can be used for various applications, including gene expression, alternative splicing, identification of non-coding RNA, analysis of polyadenylation sites, and fusion gene detection research.
